On 16th November 2018, the first intern team from University of Western Australia (UWA) and Edith Cowan university (ECU) have been met with Alpha Incubation Group CEO-Dr. Song, UWA PH. D’s supervisor-Dr. Jianxin Li, Alpha Incubation Group deputy general manager-Mr. Yongchun Yang, Education and Training Manager-Professor Fen Liang, the Alpha Incubation Group intern team has formally established.

 

The eight students of the intern team all participated in the development and promotion of the Alpha Online Education Platform and the Kangaroo International Privilege Club with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

Dr. Jianxin Li, one of the founders of the Alpha Online Education Platform Project, he explained the initial progress and ideas of the project and the distribution of current work. The students also actively provided their opinions and suggestions, giving new ideas and their own views.

 

Dr. Yanguang Song, the President of Alpha Incubation Group expressed his deep expectations for the interns after expressing his warm welcome to the students who participated in the project internship. Dr. Song hope that they can combine the theoretical knowledge they have learned with the project practice through this opportunity to participate in real project practice, and take a first-step step for their future career development.

 

The establishment of the Alpha Incubation Group intern team, provides students with a good practical opportunity to participate in the planning and future development of the project, providing students with a stage where they can show their talents. The company also has great expectations for students and encourages and supports them in many aspects.

After few weeks of internship jobs, the team members also had a better mutual understanding and cooperation. The collaboration and personal work abilities of the team are reflected in the internship, and it already have been greatly progress and improved. For the preliminary market research, website analysis, summary report and other work, interns all have shown very proactive attitude, we believe that the team will have better performance and development in the following work.
