At 11 am, 9th March 2020, Dr. Tingguang Song, Chairman of Australian Alpha Incubation Group, and Ms. Zizhen Qin, Chairman of Beijing Jiade Changshi Technology Co., Ltd., signed a business cooperation agreement.
The signing ceremony was held at the Crystal Club Lounge & Bar of the Crown Hotel Perth, Western Australia.
The two parties have completed the signing of business cooperation agreement under the docking of resources by Professor Wei Wang (second from right), Pro Vice-Chancellor (China) of Edith Cowan University of Australia.
Thereafter, the two parties will carry out diversified cooperation between Chinese and overseas incubators on various projects, including talent introduction, capital market, technology purchase cooperation, resource sharing, holding joint project roadshows, differentiation studies between China and Australia and rational and effective use of resources, to achieve their common goal of “cooperation and exchange, cooperative incubation, joint research and cooperative development “.
Beijing Jiade Changshi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2018 with registered capital of 50 million yuan RMB. The company mainly engages in Angel investment in science and technology research and development projects. Beijing Jiade Changshi Technology has strong financial strength, focusing on the bio-pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry, and sensor-related industries.
It is located at No.18 Longqing Street, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the core area of the main axis of the BDA central area planned by the State. The company is currently promoting the Beijing Cambridge Technology Valley Project.
The project mainly conducts follow-up tests, development, application, and promotion of scientific and technological achievements of practical value produced by scientific research and technological development until the formation of new products, new processes, and new industries. Taking advantage of the industrial characteristics of Yizhuang high-end industrial clusters, the company’s goal is to “create a comprehensive platform for mature project research and development, incubation, industrialization and market development”.
Alpha Incubation Group successfully organized and held two innovation contests with the theme of “Australian Focused and Pursuing Dreams” in 2018 and 2019. The two innovation competitions have attracted many excellent project teams and start-ups to participate in the contests. AIG has signed incubation support agreements with some high-quality projects after the competition who seek for mentorship guidance, entrepreneurship support and financing coordination.
With the successful hosting of the two Alpha Innovation Contests and the successful operation of the incubation projects, AIG’s outstanding corporate ideas, business models and development prospects have also attracted strong support from investment institutions and the Australian government. More and more venture capital institutions have expressed interest in participating in financing opportunities for AIG incubation projects. This not only expands the venture capital pool of the Alpha Incubation Group, but also strengthens the value of the Alpha Innovation Contest. The funding pool for the Alpha Innovation Contest 2019 has reached a new height of 2 billion Australian dollars.
