From 5 pm, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to be from different industries have arrived at the venue. Mr Tim Brown, the general manager of Aussie Natural Spring Water, a leading Australian mineral water industry company, was the first guest to be present. He warmly greeted the attendees and signed up for the registration. Subsequently, the keynote speaker, Mr Eddy Eau arrived at the venue with his assistant and several colleagues.

The seminar started at 17:50, Eddy gave a lively and exciting lecture that included five topics. He began with the characteristics that entrepreneurs should have, and gradually got into more details around the theme.
He stressed that he did not adopt the “takenism” approach to copy the characteristics of the top ten entrepreneurs summarized by Google. Instead, he combined his many years of experience to condense the three characteristics of entrepreneurs: value maximization, 3M skills. (Market Sense, Management, Momentum) and the desire to burn wildly.
Then Eddy distinguished the two different concepts of “Boss” and “Entrepreneur”. He suggested that “Boss” is not necessarily “Entrepreneur”, but “Entrepreneur” must be “Boss”. The audience listened carefully and nodded frequently.

Eddy concluded that successful entrepreneurs are not only good at using resources, but also the creators of technology and art.
Then Eddy summed up the theme of the lecture: “Lucky or Smart, which is more important for entrepreneurship”? Eddy provided the audience with his own answer: “When I have enough strength, I found out that I am so lucky” to end his lecture.

During the Q&A session, everyone raised their hands to rush to ask questions and express their ideas.

Finally, it was the networking with red wine and snacks provided by the Alpha’s sponsors. Everyone talked freely, discussed each other’s feelings and experiences about this lecture, and shared their entrepreneurial experiences and business plans. The first lecture of Alpha’s entrepreneurial salon series was successfully concluded.
