William Philogene is currently the Director of Distribution and Institutional Sales at CPS Capital, a boutique stockbroking and corporate finance firm, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Working with experts in the small cap space, William oversees investment portfolios for private High / Ultra High Net worth private clients, family offices, and regularly works with international institutional funds.

William joined CPS Capital in 2015 after working as a Vice President and Financial Adviser at Morgan Stanley International Wealth Management based in Perth, Western Australia since 2010.

Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, William worked at Macquarie Bank for over five years.

Nicholas is the Managing Director of Minerva Corporate. He was a principal adviser at the Australian Securities Exchange in Perth and brings 15 years of experience in listing rules compliance, capital raising and corporate governance.

While at the ASX, he oversaw the listing of over 100 companies to the official list of the ASX. He is a director of Vonex Limited, Helios Energy Ltd, Arrow Minerals Ltd, White Cliff Minerals Ltd and CoAssets Ltd, and acts as company secretary for White Cliff Minerals Ltd and Love Group Ltd. 

Nicholas is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University. He also holds Graduate Diplomas of Applied Finance and Investments and Applied Corporate Governance from the Securities Institute of Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, respectively.
